A simple charging routine.

  1. Check the bay and charger

    Confirm the charger ID, access rules and connector. Follow the equipment instructions to connect your vehicle.

  2. Scan and review

    Scan the charger's QR code in the app. Review the selected connector, session details and displayed price before confirming.

  3. Start and follow the session

    Complete the app's payment or wallet steps and start charging. Check that the session has begun and monitor its progress.

  4. Finish and free the bay

    End the session using the app or the charger's instructions. Wait for the connector to unlock, return it safely and review the session record.

If a session does not start, stops unexpectedly or shows a payment issue, include the charger ID, location, session time and error message when contacting support.

What is the official TOBOR EV charging app?
The official app is listed as Tobor on Google Play and the Apple App Store, with Stabor India Private Limited identified as the developer. Use the store links on this page to find the correct app.
Can I use every charger shown in a photograph on this website?
The website includes product illustrations and installation photographs. They do not establish a charger's current availability or public access. Use the app's charger listing and confirm access with the site before travelling.
Does the Tobor app work at every charging network in India?
Use the app for chargers available within Tobor's service. A charger from another network may require that network's app or payment method. Check the individual station's access and payment instructions before starting a session.
How much does charging with Tobor cost?
Check the price and session terms shown for the selected charger before you start. The amount can depend on the charger, energy or duration selected, and applicable charges. Parking or site-access fees may be separate. This page does not publish a universal charging tariff.
What should I do if a charging session fails?
Check the session status and the charger's instructions. If the problem continues, contact support@tobor.in with the station or charger ID, time of the session and the error shown. Keep payment credentials and OTPs private. Follow the site's emergency instructions if equipment appears damaged or unsafe.
